Job Title: Landscaper (1099 Contractor)

Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Schedule: Flexible, 10 to 40 hours per week, daytime hours required

Our client owns 13 dog-walking fields and is looking for a dedicated, reliable Landscaper to maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of their outdoor spaces. This is a flexible, 1099 contractor position that allows you to create your own schedule, but you must be available to work during daytime hours.

Responsibilities:

• Mow and trim lawns and rake leaves using various tools and equipment.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as repairing fencing.
• Replace decals on company vehicles
• Respond to immediate landscaping needs, such as snow removal on the grounds and company cars.

Requirements:

• Must have own SUV or Truck
• Proven experience as a Groundskeeper or Landscaper.
• Knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 100 pounds.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
