Position Overview
The Office Manager / Business Manager will oversee office operations, support onboarding of new clients and referral partners, coordinate administrative workflows, and assist with operational and business development initiatives supporting continued organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office and administrative operations
- Prospect and onboard new clients and business partners
- Coordinate office workflow, scheduling, and communication
- Support compliance and operational processes
- Maintain professional relationships with staff, patients, and referral sources
- Assist leadership with reporting and organizational initiatives
Qualifications
- Home Health experience required
- Previous office management or healthcare administration experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- EMR and Microsoft Office experience preferred
